What are your hours of operation?

Golden Years Concierge Service is available 24/7; however our regular business office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm & Saturdays 9:00am to 12:00pm EST. The office is closed on Sundays, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

What's the minimum scheduling time needed for a service?

We highly request and appreciate a minimum 24 hours notice for scheduling. Urgent or same day requests, weekends and holidays will be subject to an additional fee.

Is there a service you will not do?

We will happily take on most service requests, as long as they are reasonable, moral, ethical & legal. If in doubt, please feel free to ask us prior to appointment.

Is Golden Years Concierge Service, LLC insured & bonded?

Yes, we are a fully insured & bonded company.

When is payment for service due?

For service requested, payment is due in full in advanced before service is performed. Any additional hours incurred during an appointment can be paid after appointment is completed.

How are third party purchases handled?

Costs for third party services and purchases are the responsibility of the client in addition to our service fees. In some cases, the concierge will make purchases on our company account, so clients can put money into our bank account as a credit for any purchases we are making for them. Major purchases require sufficient funds be provided upfront in order to cover the expenses, or prepaid in advance. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.

Is service only available for the elderly?

No. Although we have many services designed to assist elderly clients, we have a broad range of services that anyone can choose from. (ie. Post surgery, Mom Helpers & much more.)

What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?

No problem. In order to make our time available for other clients, we ask that you contact us by phone or log in to your account to cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled time.

Is there a separate mileage charge?

Yes, we have a fuel charge which is a $1/ mile.

​

Do you have a wheelchair accessible vehicle? 

No, not at this time.

What is your privacy policy?

We value the trust you place in us in handling your personal information and we treat this information with the utmost care. We fully respect your privacy and have confidential agreements in place with our concierges. We will never sell or share your personal information with anyone at anytime without your specific permission.
